Got a work in progress version of MinimalMenu working on 1.21.x, link to the PR and .zip download below.

As mentioned on the PR, not all functionality is working, but this should be good enough for the vast majority of use cases (title screen and pause menu button clean up). Anyone looking to contribute is more than welcome - spent a few days on this and couldn't solve the problems that remain.

oh wow man that is just amazing im about to cry im so happy for this amazing mod to be somewhat on the latests versions, i hope it can keep up in the future this essential mod !!
