I just added translations for the 1.20.1 versions of the mod, although the fork was from 1.19.2, since there is no branch for 1.20.1.
However, you can still add a file with translations not directly.

I wonder what biomes there are in this mod. Unfortunately, I can't check it on my own right now.
If there are any, they can also be added to the lang file so that users of the minimap mod can see the actual name of the biome instead of the technical biome.mod_id.biome_name.
