The existing animations (shrink / fade) are cool, but both get a bit weird if you leave a section partially mined, the shrink looking strange since you can see through but can't walk through them, and the fade animation makes the blocks look strangely visually lighter before removing them from the world.

It'd be nice if there were a third option to use the standard block breaking animation across the blocks being mined for a more vanilla visual option.
