Cannot Add "Firebased" Tag to entities for Freezing enchantment to crit them

Describe the Bug
I attempted to add entity tags to a couple of modded mobs but they are not receiving the tag. The freezing enchantment does not crit them. I also found that it does not work for blazes or magma cubes, even though they are supposed to work on them.
Reproduction Steps
- Download the attached file: miningmaster (1).zip
- Also download Crucial 2 Modpack (have not tried this with just mining master)
- Put file into openloader>resources>crucial_resources>assets and start game
- Enchant a sword with freezing and attack voline, foxhound, blaze, or magma cube.
Expected Result
The sword should crit them
