Nether ores are able to generate in the overworld under certain conditions

Describe the Bug
This one needs a little explaining:
The Nether ores are featured in the "ore_gem_random" configured feature, aswell as the "ore_gem_random_nether" feature.
Them being in "ore_gem_random", lets the ores generate in the overworld if theres a block that belongs to whatever nether blocks its allowed to generate on.
In Vanilla MM (No mods aside from MM), this doesn't happen (or atleast it could if a ruined portal generated deep enough), but having something such as spelunkery in the mix, where that mod adds stripes of basalt underneath oceans, then you might have a decent chance of finding a nether ore in the overworld.
Reproduction Steps
This can theoretically happen in vanilla, but is too unlikely, so heres a method to relatively consistently find this:
- Boot up an instance, featuring Mining Master, Spelunkery (and ideally some mod that lets you clear out large chunks of blocks with ease, in ym use i use Structure Gel API)
- Teleport to an ocean biome, go underground and clear out a bunch of chunks
- boom
Expected Result
nether ore in overworld = bad bad !
