Does this mod cahnge terrain generation as well? Would playing in the same seed with and without this mod vary structures, terrain generation and biome locations in any way?

Sorry for the extremely late response, but biome locations should be the same, the actual shape of the terrain shouldn't be different either, and structures shouldn't be different to my knowledge.
