Dummy's shield cannot be broken by weapons other than axes

L2 Weaponry's battle axe can break shields, but not when attacking a shield-holding dummy

Note that Forge mods usually use IForgeItem::canDisableShield for weapons that can break shields without extending AxeItem

@MehVahdJukaar hello, This issue that you may have corrected had ultimatly casued shields to crash if you try attacking with them
