Describe the bug
The mod doesn't catch if you improperly formatted a bends file and crashes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new bends file
2. Add a comma somewhere there isn't supposed to be one(Like This)
3. Try to load the bends file

• Minecraft version: 1.12.2
• Mo' Bends version 1.0.0-beta-16.08.20(Compiled with Editor addon)
