renamed elytra not working properly with CIT textures

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install itembound (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/itembound-16x/files/2507188)
  2. rename elytra to Green Hang Glider
  3. the wings do not change texture

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
