Player/camera shake happens rarely via packs, but happens 100% when playing with Render Player API.

I was able to trigger this when toying with one of the packs, but it does not occur consistently. However this bug happens immediately if you install Render Player API mod.

This should be fixed in the upcoming 1.0.0 version 😄. I'll get back to this issue once it releases.
