Certain mobs have trouble spawning from monster spawners

Mobs like flies and horse-mob will soawn from a vanilla mob spawner but mobs like hell rats and fire ogres won't.

Update I tested it a little more Fire Ogres and Hell Rat Spawners work in the Nether only
