As of 0.6.0, the following materials are added even if there's no way to get them (no Botania, EnderIO, ProjectE, TechReborn, IC2 and DraconicEvolution mods installed):

• Tungsten
• Draconium, Wyvern draconium, Awakened draconium & Chaotic draconium from DraconicEvolution
• Manasteel, Terrasteel, Elementium & Gaia spirit from Botania
• Ruby
• Red garnet & Yellow garnet
• Ivory psimetal & Ebony psimetal from Psi
• Advanced alloy

For the record, EnderIO materials aren't affected by the issue.
