The singularity tanks sound like they are working and the xp tank will drain my xp, but they are empty when viewed abs and I can't tell if there is anything in them, or of they will output anything.

Perhaps another mod is interfering with the rendering of the liquid inside? Right clicking the tank with an empty hand will tell you in text form how much is inside.
