[1.20.1] Absorption hopper can't pick up xp orbs worth 800 xp or more

The absorption hopper will refuse to interact with xp orbs it doesn't have room for, but unfortunately this means an XP orb larger than its tank will never be picked up. More likely to become a problem with XP clumping mods.
