the wither can't be down by the fan

Not sure, i just tested it and i was able to push withers down, and up, and any direction with fans.

I just downloaded ATM10, and built a very tall witherproof chamber, and put a maxed out fan at the top and botttom, and was able to push the wither up and down without issue.
