Issues with Refined Storage (Items can't be extracted)

Some Items that are placed into the Refined Storage Crafting Grid can't be taken out (left click or shift + left click). The issue is better described here by Refined storage themselves: https://refinedmods.com/refined-storage/items-cannot-be-extracted-from-refined-storage.html
