Mob Fans causing crash, possibly due to unloading and reloading chunks that contain them?

Mob fans keep crashing my game, and pretty predictably. It seems to be only client crashing and on a server, no one else is affected by the crash I get. Here is the crash log: crash-2018-07-17_15.56.27-client.txt
