[Bug]: entities texture swap inside with outside

i was trying some mods together and by creating the world it already look like that
and also i'm able to see mobs from far away, through blocks

Related to the depth buffer. Could you try Mob Plaques and just your minimap and / or TAN? Would be great to know which mod is causing this weird interaction, just on its own Mob Plaques doesn't do this. It has to be a mod that is rendering stuff on your hud.
