Right now Automaton drops gears when damaged but this could easily be exploited so you could make these health% drops a one time thing:

  • 75% health: drops a random amount of gears -> moves slower (optional)
  • 50% health: same as above -> moves even slower (optional)
  • 25% health: same as above -> deals half damage (optional)
    As for Chupacabra in my experience, their range feels kinda further than they look like but its somewhat acceptable. Their healing though could need a little rework, I think making them able to give you a bleed effect (heart per second) but at a base 75% chance, only then they can heal when hitting you. This could be combat'ed with adding chance to not bleed on armor, 5% on each piece, so 95% is the max you could get.

Ah yeah another thing for automatons is maybe somehow limiting it to 1 per village like iron golems to prevent a lot of automatons spawning in one place and have it at 20/30/40% for an iron golem spawning instead of an automaton

Kobold warrior’s spear can also maybe inflict bleed but only at 50% since most mobs dont wear armor. Prolly can also add a “cursed” artifact that let you heal like how the chupacabra can, high risk high reward type stuff, heal when mob is inflicted with bleed but take a percentage more damage or maybe heal less from saturation.
