Kobolds steal stacks of items but return only one on death

Describe the bug
Hello,
Whenever Kobolds steal from you something what is stacked, lets say 2+ torches (if you are holding stacked items when they steal) and you kill the stealer Kobold, it returns only 1 of stolen item so you lose rest of the stacked items you might have had.
Reproduction steps
Let a kobold steal a stack of torches
Kill him
Retrieve only one torch

Just came here to say this. It's absolutely absurd such a major bug is in there. Add that to the fact that multiple can show up and steal your items only to de-spawn with them.
To add to that, they don't get stopped by Open Parties and Claims because they're directly taking the item from you, not picking it up. They also still seemed to spawn within claims (in Prominence 2 which could of course just be a config thing).
Just overall poor experience from them existing.
