Bronze Ingot is tagged as #c:bronze_ingots. It should actually be tagged as #c:ingots/bronze, #c:ingots, and #minecraft:beacon_payment_items

This PR solves the beacon payment thing, and also adds the bronze block as a beacon base block which is also a good idea
