With default mod settings, no other mods (except Fabric API and Mod Menu), and specific resource packs (In this case, Bare Bones), I see artifacts whenever the fire overlay is on screen.

Zoom in on the images to see the artifacts, the individual artifacts are really tiny and might be hard to spot.
