1.21.6 - Modrinth version update

(Copied this from Bundles Beyond issue report, as I am testing the mods I use in Vanilla+ playthroughs that haven't been updated on Modrinth yet against 1.21.6)
Tested latest 1.21.5 version in 1.21.6 single player; confirmed working. Modrinth page may need updating to reflect correct version support pending further testing?
