While using a fluid pipe between an entangled block (entangled to a ranged pump in the nether) and a mekanism basic fluid tank, randomly the pipe will stop extracting fluid. Only way to fix it is to remove the extraction upgrade or entire pipe and replace it. Both the pump in the nether and the chunk the pipe is located in are chunk loaded.

Steps to recreate

1. Connected up the pipe between entangled block and mekanism basic fluid tank.
2. Entangled block is entangled to ranged pump in the nether
3. Both chunks should be chunk loaded.
4. Wait until it stops working.

If anything else is needed to help recreate this bug, please let me know. It is kind of a weird issue to be having.
