Any attachment (attractor, extractor, filter) that is placed on a disabled (wrenched) connection (joint) will:
Extractor: Do nothing
Filter: Doesnt exist as a valid connection and is therefore unable to be targetted by extractors (will most likely become "stuffed" if items are forcefully inserted in pipe with hoppers)
Attractor: becomes stuffed as it cant see itself as a valid connectio therefore doesnt know where the items should go
