The release on Curseforge and Modrinth contains a .cache folder with different timestamps so that the Curseforge version has a different hash then the Modrinth version
while the GitHub release doesn't have a .cache folder so the hash doesn't match either of the versions on Curseforge and Modrinth

The same build should be published everywhere
so datagen should only run once and .cache should either be included everywhere or nowhere
