Force Jade compat to render Quantum Tanks fill level correctly

As per title. They either appear to be completely empty or filled a little bit, even when completely full.
Tested on Modern-Industrialization-2.2.34 on NeoForge 21.1.129
That's because a tank can actually store 2.14GB, but Jade does not show that much.
