I was using multiple configurable tanks to ease oil refinery with chemical reactors, but one by one each configurable tank would stop inserting the fluid in the 2nd/3rd slot into the machines next to it.

Example:
One configurable tank slot-locked with Sulphuric Light Fuel, Hydrogen, Light Fuel, and Sulfuric Acid. It continuously recieves Sulphuric Light Fuel and Hydrogen from pipes. It auto-ejects said Sulphuric Light Fuel and Hydrogen into a chemical reactor next to it, which then auto-ejects its Light Fuel, and Sulfuric Acid back into the tank, which then get taken out by pipes. However, the configurable tank will eventually stop inserting Hydrogen into the chemical reactor, even though it never stopped receiving it.

Sometimes it wouldn't insert the 2nd/3rd liquid right at the start, but other times it took 1 or even 2 days for it to finally stop working. Usually it broke after reloading the world, but the tanks/machines are not on chunk boundaries.
