Cannot Pull Creosote Oil from Bronze Cutting Machine with Fluid Pipe

Modpack Neotech
Mod Version 2.0.25-all

Item pipe set to accept outbound fluid.
Machine set to auto-eject.
Fluid has an in-network destination that is not full.
Tried setting the priority to 100.
Tried turning auto-eject off.

Creosote Oil remains in machine.

You cannot pull fluids from input slots with pipes. Left click with a tank on the slot to extract it yourself.
