make ch.reactor nylon+string recipe consistent with mixer dye recipes

the recipe to create string in a chemical reactor (string + nylon) shouldn't produce 2 string, it should produce 1 and leave the input string alone. this makes it consistent with the dye duplication recipes in the mixer (dye + benzene ect) and keeps mods like AE2 from having a heart attack because "i need string to create string"
