Paraffin Wax, Oxidized Copper from Rakkis157

A couple of ideas:
- Introduce Paraffin Wax, which is created by running Naphtha through a Centrifuge. IRL, paraffin wax is a byproduct of manufacturing lubricating oil from petroleum, so this recipe is meant to reflect that. Like Honeycomb, Paraffin Wax can be used to make Candles or coat Copper Blocks, but unlike Honeycomb cannot be crafted into Honeycomb Blocks. (Though I wouldn't say no to a Paraffin Wax Block)
- Introduce a method to process Copper Blocks into their next stage of Oxidation by putting it into the Chemical Reactor together with Oxygen.
Centrifuge:
Naphtha -> Paraffin Wax + Lubricant
(Should be slower and produce less Lubricant than using a Mixer.)
Packer:
Paraffin Wax + String -> Candle
Mixer:
Candle + Dye -> Colored Candle
Paraffin Wax + Copper Block -> Waxed Copper Block
Paraffin Wax + Exposed Copper Block -> Waxed Exposed Copper Block
Paraffin Wax + Weathered Copper Block -> Waxed Weathered Copper Block
Paraffin Wax + Oxidized Copper Block -> Waxed Oxidized Copper Block
Chemical Reactor:
Copper Block + Oxygen -> Exposed Copper Block
Exposed Copper Block + Oxygen -> Weathered Copper Block
Weathered Copper Block + Oxygen -> Oxidized Copper Block
