[1.18.1] Cannot load alternative built in resource pack

Latest version of MI, fabric loader, and 1.18.1
Looking through latest.log, I saw this [14:20:31] [Render thread/WARN]: Modern Industrialization's Alternate Builtin Resource Pack couldn't be registered! This is probably bad!
