Currently the overclock system works on efficiency that increases with cycles, isn't it possible to allow machine hulls (turbo or better) with upgrades respective of the machine hulls tier to increase base efficiency,
for example

1. Turbo Hull + turbo upgrade result in a 16eu base overclock
2. Highly advanced Hull + highly advanced upgrade result in a 64eu base upgrade
