Currently, it seems multiblock machines are limited to only a single acceptable block state per space. This is problematic for certain multiblocks such as the quarry, Oil Drilling Rig and Large Tank; all of which may have multiple plausible options for certain block spaces.

For example, the Large Tank is limited to vanilla unstained glass, but this feature should be enough to allow the tank to accept any full glass block from any mod. The two quarries and the Oil Drilling Rig both work only if the chains are not waterlogged; this feature should allow these structures to accept waterlogged chains as well.
