Multiblock generator controllers do not lose active state when shape becomes invalid

Steps to replicate:
- build a steam / plasma turbine
- give it steam / helium plasma to have it start generating power
- break a piece of the multiblock
The controller block keeps its active model even when the structure is no longer valid. It does not continue to generate power, so this is purely a cosmetic issue.
