Define a proper flowing fluid texture

https://github.com/AztechMC/Modern-Industrialization/blob/1.21.x/src/main/java/aztech/modern_industrialization/fluid/MIFluidType.java#L57 without also defining a tint anywhere for your fluid type then causes mods that try to make use of the texture (for example for mek's filling animation from valves) have the uncolored water texture which looks out of place/wrong as it isn't the same color/look at the top/bottom face
