I am on Fabric 1.20.1 with ModernKeyBinding 1.2.0.

I want to set Sneak to the Control, then have other functions occur if the player presses it while Sneaking. I am not able to add the Keybindings I want, (Ctrl+R), & I can't set Sneak to just be Ctrl. It automatically changes to (C + Ctrl) for some reason.

This issue is occurring with all modifier keys as well. I can't have Shift as sprint, it auto corrects to (Shift + S). Anything with Alt also changes to (Alt + D)

Same issue here, 1.20.4. Can't just bind Alt

Likely no. Maybe a crossmod issue.
I've uploaded 1.2.1 for Fabric 1.20.1, may you give it a try and see if the issue still exists?
