Lucky blocks not working 1.21.1

NeoForge: 21.1.125
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
ATM10 version: 2.38
Im playing the ATM10 pack and i added this mod and addon. The lucky block does appear in JEI but there is no crafting recipe for it.
When trying to craft it by surrounding a dropper with gold it also does not work.
When trying to use /give it does not appear in the autocomplete list and when trying to cheat it in with jei as soon as you grab it you get kicked with the error "ArynRama lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Failed to decode packet 'serverbound/minecraft:custom_payload'"
Im not sure if the blocks are supposed to spawn in world like the old lucky block mod but if they are that is also not working.
