Describe the bug

There are a couple of incompatibilities with BetterCombat mod. It allows the offhand to be used with melee weapons and tweaks melee combat in general. The issues are:
-vanilla reticle doesn't disappear when holding guns
-guns are able to be used as melee weapons
These are obviously unintended. It seems BetterCombat overrides what mwc is doing to disable melee and reticle when holding guns. I don't expect that this could be fixed on mwc's end but I thought you guys should be aware anyways.

Reproducibility

• I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
• I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.
