Suppressed gun fire is significantly quieter then VMW 2.0

Describe the bug
Integrally suppressed weapons such as the as val and honey badger, as well as any weapon that is equipped with the silencer attachment has really quiet audio volume when firing.
Reproducibility
- I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
- I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.
