Display errors in certain areas even with shaders off

Describe the bug
Shaders is ComplementaryReimagined_r5.5.1, all shaders turned off, GPU is RTX 2060 Super. Currently, this is the only mod that has caused issues. No screen artifacts have occurred in any other games or video rendering. #/
Reproducibility
- I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
- I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.

Happens to me as well, manage to narrow it down when I'm looking at buildcraft oils on certain angles even when world shaders is disabled, the only working ways is disabling enableHDRFramebuffer. Can't upload the video to imgur is there any other place to upload? Does GDrive allowed?
