Attachments and magazines are not rendered on dropped items or non-player entities

Describe the bug
My mod version is 0.2-Dev-4.As the title said,after I modified the attachments of the gun and put it on other entities hand(like customnpc),the attachments won't render.It also won't render on droped gun.
Same render settings in 0.1.9 worked properly.Was this featrue removed in the Dev version?
Reproducibility
- I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
- I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.
