Is this issue fixed if you use 2.6.0? (It includes the same change.)

This appears to be an issue in Forge, not ModernFix. I have reported it here: MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#9505

Adding a few more mods in or removing Environmental for now would probably solve it.

I've applied a workaround from my end. Can you try this development build and let me know if it fixes the hang?
