ModernFix seems to be causing 1 specific chunk on the server to be invisibled beetween specific heights, blocks show up when interacted with

Bug Description
After some time of me plaing on the unofficial Distant Horizons MC server, a chunk in one player base became invisible in certain height section.
Every new block, moved block (e.g. by piston) or interacted block (right click on a block adjejcent on the face this block should be in), makes that certain block visible again.
Standing on invisible clocks causes you to get stuck, you do not go up invisible bubble elevators, invisible signs made visible again don't display any text.
Disabling ModerFix fixed the problem, but enabling it back did not bring the problem back so IDK, low prority.

Reproduction Steps
I have a big mod pack so I don't know yet if this is a mod compatibility, I may check it in the future if I have time, I checked though that this is not PC specific, and using the same modpack on the same server causes the same issue.
To reproduce:
- have
ModernFixenabled - go to the Puhpines base on the unofficial Distant Horizons server,
- enter through the main entrance doors,
- see the missing chunk.
