Incompatible with REI/JEI

Bug Description
When Modern fix 5.19 for Minecraft 1.20.1 is used with REI or JEI, only a few items are listed in the right display of these mods, and their search and the vanilla recipe search is broken.
Reproduction Steps
Create a Neoforge 1.20.1 install with REI or JEI and Mordern fix
