Bug Description

I have noticed that when I use modernfix and music resourcepacks, the resourcepacks will not work. I also found a comment on bilibili that says mixin.perf.dynamic_sounds=true will break music resourcepacks. I tried to set this to false, and it works.

Reproduction Steps

minecraft version:1.21.1 with neoforge 21.1.192
modernfix version:5.24.3
used music resourcepacks:TouhouProject Music Pack 1.0.2,link:https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/touhouproject-music-pack
