Installing particle rain and ModernFix at the same time will cause falling leaves to not take effect

Particle Rain and Falling Leaves do not cause the issue I'm describing. Falling Leaves still generates particles normally. However, if ModernFix is ​​added to the mix, Falling Leaves will not function. However, as mentioned at the outset, when only ModernFix and Falling Leaves coexist, Falling Leaves still generates particles normally. However, if Particle Rain is added, Falling Leaves will not function. The problem lies in the inability of the three mods to coexist.

I don't know which of these three mods is causing the problem, but I suspect it's a combination of Particle Rain and ModernFix. The strange thing is that when these two mods coexist, they will affect other mods, just like the falling leaves mod I mentioned, so I don’t know which mod is causing it, so I made a problem report on both sides.

Can't reproduce, I can still see falling leaf particles with all three mods installed. Moreover, PigCart/particle-rain#177 does not mention ModernFix, so I suspect the issue is a conflict between the two mods.
