Well, why should I disable Sodium?

A novel approach might be to wait a while until the maintainers of other mods broken by Sodium's changes have time to update their mods to accommodate Sodium...

i haven't taken the time to narrow it down on specifics but the crash itself has something to do with the recent sodium (& co. (indium, iris)) update

disabling those mods allows you to open mod menu as normal
