The text placeholder api is listed as required even though it's already included in the mod menu jar files and because of that it launches fine without adding it to the mods folder.
This makes it so launchers that also download mod dependencies download it even though thats not required.

How to fix it:
Set text placeholder api to bundled/included/embedded instead of required.

This is intended so that the dependencies are kept up-to-date by launchers.
