[1.21.9] Toggling a parent entry scrolls to the selected entry

install mod with child entries (fabric api)
install enough mods to make the mod list scrollable.
select any mod entry away from the parent entry.
toggle the parent entry.
list scrolls to the unrelated selected entry.
